AddMe® Lite AMJR-14-SM Programmable I/O for Modbus RTU
Control Solutions’ AddMe Lite Model AMJR-14-SM Programmable I/O for Modbus RTU has 14 I/O points, and operates as a master or slave for I/O expansion, or as a controller with soft PLC capability.
Control Solutions’ AddMe Lite Model AMJR-14-SM Programmable I/O for Modbus RTU has 14 I/O points, and operates as a master or slave for I/O expansion, or as a controller with soft PLC capability. The AMJR-14-SM features 12 analog/universal inputs with configurable type and scaling. You can individually configure each universal input for 10-bit fast analog or discrete input. Floating point holding registers provide data from the analog I/O points. In addition, analog (universal) inputs are mirrored to integer registers and may be treated as on/off values.
Two of the analog/universal inputs can be configured as pulse counting inputs. These inputs measure frequency, or totalize pulse input at up to 5 kHz. The totalizing input has non-volatile count storage. The count is stored to non-volatile memory every 15 minutes, providing a 28-year life. The AddMe Lite also includes 2 discrete outputs.
Feature Highlights
• 12 Analog/Universal Inputs, 10-bit, Configurable as 0-10VDC, Thermistor, Dry Contact
• Pulse Count on 2 Analog/Universal Inputs
• 2 Discrete Outputs, Open Drain FET, 1A @ 30VDC
• Modbus RTU 9600 to 38,400 Baud
Control Solutions’ AddMe Lite features 12 inputs which accept analog input from thermistors or 0-10V sensors, or discrete input from dry contact switches. AddMe Lite also provides 2 discrete outputs which can sink 1A at 24VDC.
Floating point holding registers provide data from the analog I/O points. In addition, analog (universal) inputs are mirrored to integer registers and may be treated as on/off values. Linearization tables are provided for 10K and 20K type II, III, and IV thermistors. Input type and scaling is configured by writing to additional holding registers.
i.CanDrawIt® is available at no additional cost for use with AddMe Lite controllers from Control Solutions. i.CanDrawIt® works just like an electrical schematic CAD program, except you draw control programs that look like circuits. The resulting software will function like the circuit you draw. i.CanDrawIt® includes visual program simulation as well as visual live debugging where supported by the target device. Set breakpoints or step through the program one visual function block at a time. Update variables and I/O objects in simulation or live.
