        • Remote Monitoring Subscription, Non-SIM

          Remote monitoring services using the LogMyData Cloud are sold on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are sold on a per-site rate per month, renewed annually. The base monthly subscription covers cloud service for that site. Subscription does not include automated voice call service.

                Remote monitoring services using the LogMyData Cloud are sold on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are sold on a per-site rate per month, renewed annually. The base monthly subscription covers cloud service for that site. Additional monthly fees are based on usage of air time for data via cellular and voice call origination. Cellular data is available in plans ranging from 1MB/month to 50MB/month.

                Base rate is $35/month.

                      One time NRE for customization of product label using customer logo. Customer to provide high resolution image. Allow 4-6 weeks for initial delivery.

                          • Custom Programming

                            One time NRE for custom programming of application related software per requirements agreed to between customer and Control Solutions. This NRE may be purchased in increments for larger projects.

                                • Miscellaneous Service Charge

                                  Incremental service charge for making credit card payment of miscellaneous charges such as shipping that was not originally included when order was placed, or other charges that have been agreed to via email communication between customer and company. Use the item quantity to multiply as necessary to arrive at the total sum needed.

                                      • Non-Warranty Repair

                                        Incremental repair charge should be ordered in a multiple quantity that adds up to the total non-warranty repair charge that has been indicated via support ticket (or other) by support. Represents 1/4 hour labor.

                                            • Rebranding of Firmware

                                              One time NRE for customization of firmware to rebrand with customer logo at top of product’s internal web pages and also replace references to csimn.com with customer’s URL. For SNMP devices, also includes replacing Enterprise Number with customer’s own Enterprise Number.
